Colonial Defenseman Selected in 2018 QMJHL American Draft

2017-18 16U Midget National defenseman DJ Hart was drafted by the QMJHL Cape Breton Screaming Eagles on Monday, June 4, 2018.  Hart was selected 7th overall in Round 1 of the QMJHL’s first ever American Draft.  He was one of 36 players chosen from the New England area.  Congratulations DJ!   American Draft results:  http://theqmjhl.ca/draft/2018QMJHL_U


Alum Oplinger signed by NFL Arizona Cardinals

Two Colonials selected in 2018 USHL Draft

Two New Jersey Colonials were selected in the USHL Phase I Draft held on May 7, 2018. Defenseman DJ Hart was picked 64th overall in the 4th round by Waterloo Black Hawks. Center Cole Vallese was picked 74th overall in the 5th round by the Muskegon Lumberjacks. Congratulations DJ and Cole!


Drevitch earns Worcester State’s “Male Rookie Athlete of the Year”

The New Jersey Colonials would like to congratulate Alum Timothy Drevitch. Tim was selected as the “Male Rookie Athlete of the Year” by Worcester State University.  Tim was chosen out of all male athletes from all sports that compete at the NCAA level. Tim had a tremendous rookie year on the hockey team.
